User account (application): the app app.salubre.app works without an account. Creating one, which is optional, involves processing your email address, an encrypted password and, for Pro accounts, your progress, strictly to operate the service (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Processors: o2switch (hosting, France), Brevo (transactional emails, France), Stripe (payment, Ireland/USA under standard contractual clauses). Account deletion is available directly in the app, with immediate effect; data is kept until the account is deleted
Emails de contactMessages: messages sent to contact@salubre.fr are kept for the time needed to handle the request, then for a maximum of one year
Your rights: you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to contact@salubre.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr)
